HRBP Development Workshop
This is a 3 day workshop designed to achieve the seven objectives stated below:

  • Serve as a refresher course on HR to experienced HRBPs/HR employees
  • To enlighten new entrants into the HRBP/HR space
  • To enlighten HRBPs/HR professionals to think like HR entrepreneurs
  • Create better understanding of what and how the HRBPs/HR people “sell”
  • Ensure participants are able to balance the role of employee advocate and business ally
  • Enlighten the participants on the most recent identified top 6 competencies of HR
  • Position their learning’s to enable them focus on the tasks that deliver more value
