Malini has over 25 years of experience in Telecommunications, Business Process Outsourcing and Executive Coaching. She has a Bachelor’s degree in English from Delhi University (India) and an Executive Program in General Management from Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute.
Malini is a Certified Accelium Gamification Facilitator, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coach Federation (U.S) and a Result Trained Coach from NeuroLeadership Institute (U.S). Malini’s last Industry assignment was as General Manager, Business Transformation with Vodafone India. She was Business Partner to the Executive Committee for building process culture and re-engineering key processes across lines of business, products, functions and geographies and was also responsible for enhancing people capabilities to deliver process excellence.
Malini has designed and deployed service experience strategy across all operating units of Vodafone India, covering planning and review of performance and cost benchmarked to market. She has managed large teams and subject matter experts while coaching and mentoring managers & experienced contributors to deliver timely and effective outcomes.
